Q. How long before I receive my order?
A. HealthFirst ships via UPS or FedEx Ground service whenever possible. Unless you specify express shipping you should receive your order within 7-10 working days.
Q. What happens when the medications need replacing?
A. With HealthFirst's newly introduced OnTraq Automated Replenishment Program you will receive a monthly report of items nearing expiration. Any item can be quickly replaced by returning the Medication Expiration Report to HealthFirst, by calling our toll free number, or by accessing our web site. No longer is there a need to assign an individual the responsibility of inventory, as you will have an up-to-date report in your records. Another method is our AutoUpdate program where we send you annual replacements of all items with expiration dates - without your having to do anything! By following either of these systems you can rest assured your equipment will be ready when you need it.
Q. I already have practically all the drugs and equipment. Can't I make my own kit at a lower cost?
A. Yes. But it's not likely you could assemble anything as complete, compact, and ready for use as a HealthFirst Stat Kit. They enable you to react instantly to practically any emergency, a priceless benefit. The cases were carefully designed to squeeze as much vital equipment as possible into the smallest possible space. Yet when you open the case, you don't have to dig for the needed item. Can you say the same thing about a shelf, drawer, or bag?

Q. What are your Shipping Policies?
Additional shipping charges will apply should priority carrier service be requested.
Orders shipped to Hawaii or any US Territory will be processed via Economy International air carrier. Orders to Alaska will be shipped via UPS Ground where available. Orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point.
Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA):
The FDA enforces custodial regulations regarding the shipment of pharmaceutical items. As a result, you will find a $6.95 fee on any pharmaceutical purchase from HealthFirst. Your State of License and License Number are required for DSCSA processing.
Oxygen and Lithium batteries are hazardous materials . As such, a hazardous material fee of up to $30 will be applied for each hazardous product ordered. This fee is in addition to any applicable shipping charges.
HealthFirst is unable to ship a filled oxygen cylinder via air freight. If you are requesting express shipping of your oxygen system or Stat Kit 900, the cylinder will be drained prior to shipment.
HealthFirst follows manufacturer guidelines by not shipping Lithium batteries (AED batteries) via air freight. As a result, AED units may not be shipped (by HealthFirst) via any air carrier.
Items marked as require submission of your DEA Registration Certificate. Until we receive a copy of your certificate, we will not be able to process your order. Fax your DEA certificate to 1-325-677-1372, or e-mail a digital copy to Customer Service.
We can ship controlled substances only to the address as registered on your DEA certificate. Any website order shipping address that does not have a MATCHING DEA CERTIFICATE will be processed without the controlled substance. You may place a separate order for the controlled substance to ship to the DEA address if you desire.
Class II controlled substances [CII] require submittal of Form 222 to HealthFirst. This form may only be submitted via mail, therefore Class II items are not available for purchase through our website.
Any item on backorder is subject to cancellation after 90 days.
