This includes the applicable provisions of the Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA), the Prescription Drug Amendments and all subsequent revisions and amendments.
All sales of medical equipment and pharmaceutical supplies require proof of licensure, per applicable state and federal guidelines. Banyan will ship to any location within a US State or US Territory upon current license verification. If a facility has a location in another state, but no current licensure for that state, Banyan will only ship to the licensed location; the receiver can distribute the goods as their license allows. |
